Billing questions
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Stripe is the merchant of record for your subscription: it processes the payment securely and handles GST/HST. ClaseAlDía never sees or stores your card details. You subscribe from the app when you decide to, never before your trial ends.
Is tax included in the price?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. Your subscription is billed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and adds GST/HST and any other applicable sales taxes at checkout, so you see the total before you confirm.
What receipt will I get?
Stripe emails you a receipt for every subscription payment, showing any tax charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move up or down and switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the app. To move down, your number of students and tutors has to fit the smaller plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed, your account becomes read-only: you can view and export all your data but not record new attendance, tuition or notices. If you subscribe later, everything is just as you left it.
Is there a contract?
No. You cancel yourself from the app, whenever you like.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, on Cloudflare infrastructure. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement explain how it is handled.
What is the launch offer?
Centres that subscribe by January 31, 2027 keep their plan price for 24 months, even if prices go up. It is limited to the first 100 centres and lasts as long as the subscription stays active without interruption; if you cancel, you lose it.
